It has been a while since we updated the news about our forthcoming Cattle Van here, but things hve been progressing well.
So we can now display the decorated samples which arrived just after Christmas, and we are generally very pleased with them. The exception is the bauxite colour on the BR liveried model, which we feel is too bright. So if you have any comments, please let us know as we do expect to change this before production commences in the middle of this month.
The GWR 25″ lettered version looks absolutely fantastic. Well done guys!
I ordered 3 GW 25 inch versions in July, and looking at the photos they look fantastic and hopefully it will not be too long before they are gracing my GWR branch line layout.
I am sure they will be a great success.
I agree the Bauxite does look a little orange.
